Key Responsibilities:

Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately

Maintain vendor & client ledger records

Handle payment reconciliations and expense tracking

Support month-end & year-end financial closing

Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve payment queries

Assist with budgeting, reporting, and audit preparations

Ensure compliance with UK accounting & company policies
Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

2–4 years of AP/AR or bookkeeping experience

Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero)

Excellent English communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment

Willingness to relocate to the UK and work on-site corporate teams
Salary & Benefits:

Salary: GBP £2,200 – £3,200 per month, depending on experience
