Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and execute events from concept to completion

Coordinate with vendors, venues, clients, and internal teams

Manage budgets, timelines, and event logistics

Oversee setup, décor, entertainment, and guest experience

Handle client communication and ensure high satisfaction

Prepare event reports and post-event evaluations

Stay updated with UK event trends and hospitality standards
Qualifications & Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, or Marketing

2–4 years of experience in event planning or related roles

Strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills

Creative mindset with eye for detail

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Good English communication (IELTS may be required)

Must be willing to relocate to the UK and travel for events
Salary & Benefits:

Salary: GBP £2,300 – £3,500 per month
